In order to offer a wide variety of materials and colors, and keep every day prices low, Specialized Engraving, LLC does not give discounts on customized/engraved items on quantities of less than 25. Instead, I focus on offering reasonable prices, fast turnaround, excellent quality, a huge selection of colors and type styles, plus numerous accents, borders, corners and clip art options.

Unless you live in West Virginia, there is NO sales tax when you purchase from Specialized Engraving, LLC. This translates into an immediate savings of between 5% and 9%, depending on your state and county’s sales taxes.

All orders are shipped via the US Post Office, so postage is low and distance has very little effect on cost. Handling/packing charge is only $2.50 per order.

Same item, all options identical (size, color, type style and wording):

• Quantities of 25 - 49 = 10% discount
• Quantities of 50 - 99 = 12% discount
• Quantities of 100+ = 15% discount

Same item, options of size, color and type style the same, but different wording (ex: different names):

• Quantities of 25 - 49 = 8% discount
• Quantities of 50 - 99 = 10% discount
• Quantities of 100+ = 12% discount

Same item, but with 2 or more of the options (size, color, type style or wording) different = No Discount.

Discounts on Products without Engraving:

• Products such as: door, desk and wall holders; other hardware; non-engraved business card cases and holders, may receive a price break at quantities of 50 or more, depending on the item.
• Magnetic bars and name badge converters may receive a price break at quantities of 100 or more.
